Fiorella Horna Guerras holds a Bachelor's in Health Sciences. She is a Health Educator and Fitness Instructor. She has led efforts to design health promotion and disease prevention programs for community members of various backgrounds on a variety of topics to include nutrition, smoking cessation, wellness, family planning, and much much more. She has established and led walking groups, led aerobics classes, provided resistance training to community groups and worksite wellness programs. She is presently a licensed Zumba Instructor and is working to receive her Personal Trainer Certification through the National Strength and Conditionining Association (NSCA) of which she is an active member. |
